We keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including processing and delivery estimates for each item, product or service. Once your item been prepared for delivery, you will receive a dispatch notification with order information.
You can also visit the online service to view the most up-to-date status of your order.


Intelligent Travel wants for you to be satisfied and benefit from your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, services or information product and want to return or refund, we’re here to assist.

Return Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund under Travel’s Sale and Refund Policy (as described below).

Standard Return Policy

Returns are subject to Intelligent Travel’s Terms and Conditions. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Online returns process

You can initiate a return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.

  1. Go to Online Customer Service
  2. Sign in with your Intelligent Travel ID and password. If you have questions about your Intelligent Travel ID, please visit the How to Access section of Online Customer Service.
  3. View the order details of the order containing the item(s) you would like to return
  4. Complete the Returns/Refunds Claim Form. Click Here to complete

Items in your order will be divided into two groups – items that are eligible to be returned online and items you cannot return. For each item that you can return online, you will need to select the item, a reason for return, and whether you’ve consumed the content [during travel/planning].

Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your confirmed submission details. Our sales and marketing will contact you within three (3) business days to arrange return/refund.

Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

Refund methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) via the Refund/Returns Claim Form. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for Intelligent Travel to post the refund to your account.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during dispatch, please contact Intelligent Travel at +61 3 9034 5150 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Problems with your product

If you’re having trouble with your Intelligent Travel product, please visit our Online Customer Service. If you’re having trouble with a non-Intelligent Travel product, please contact the manufacturer/producer directly for information regarding their warranty.
